TOWN OF CONCORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Concord Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 5:30 PM via Zoom. This hearing will be held for public review and comment on proposed amendments to the Town of Concord Zoning Bylaws pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 4441. The proposed amendments include:
- Updated dimensional requirements and allowed uses in each district, including accessory dwelling standards;
- Subdivision standards for rural areas;
- Mobile home park standards;
- General updates and comprehensive reorganization for clarity and ease of use.
Copies of the full text of the proposed amendments to the Town of Concord Zoning Bylaws may be obtained in the Concord Town Clerk’s Office at 374 Main Street, Concord, VT and the Municipal Building at 385 Main Street, Concord VT.

Village Center Designation
Concord Village is an approved State of Vermont Village Center Designation that recognizes and encourages local efforts to revitalize Vermont’s traditional village centers. Village center revitalization is an ongoing process to improve a community’s vitality and livability. Village center designation is only one tool for revitalization and its focus is on supporting existing development in the center of Vermont’s villages.
